RecFest is one of the world’s largest events for business resourcing, recruitment and talent acquisition – with a twist of it being delivered in a traditional festival format. Since it’s conception in 2014, Recfest has grown exponentially: venturing from a performing arts studio in East London, via the HMS President on the North bank of the Thames and a sunny Dreamland in Margate, to a fully sold-out show of 4,000 attendees (all of whom are rooted in the recruitment industry) at the iconic Knebworth Park in July 2022 with 9 stages and over 100 individual sponsors hosting their own structures! Promoted by The Recruitment Events Co, the Canterbury based organisation have sold out every festival they’ve delivered.
2022 was the first year that The Fair had produced RecFest: working with The Recruitment Events Co. to deliver 9 stages (of all shapes and sizes), each stage hosting the biggest talent in recruitment (and an afterparty for good measure) and supporting 100 independent sponsors in delivering their bespoke experiences for attendees.
The Fair managed the entire lifespan of the festival: designing the site (building on previous years’ successes), planning the operational procedures of show day and successfully working with our cherished suppliers to ensure the complex technical needs of each stage were met and delivered… and we managed it so well that we will be back at Knebworth in July ’23 to make the biggest and best recruitment festival in the world both bigger and better!
