Lost in a Moment 2022

Background

The Fair returned to Tofte Manor for the second year to produce this year’s Lost In The Moment festival for the Labyrinth team. Tofte Manor combines the natural beauty of the UK countryside with an eclectic and spiritual atmosphere of the 17th-century manor and grounds. Making it the perfect backdrop for any music enthusiast. The Fair provided total Production, Operations and Health & Safety at the 2022 event.

Challenge

In 2022, we opened up another section of the site to offer parking for the audience. We were extending our traffic management and creating another entrance without disrupting the locals. As well as this, we also included the Manor House in the festival. We were letting the audience walk past the house and be able to take pictures. This meant we needed additional fencing and security. The challenge we faced was making the house secure whilst allowing the audience to see and be part of the Manor House. Other challenges we faced are,
