On the Mount at Wasing 2026
Background
The Fair returned to Wasing Estate to deliver On the Mount at Wasing for long-standing client Senbla.
Set within The Mount at Wasing Estate, the 5,000-capacity woodland amphitheatre provides a distinctive setting for outdoor live music. Surrounded by woodland and panoramic treescape views, the venue brings artists and audiences together in a setting designed to feel immersed in nature.
Following The Fair’s previous delivery at Wasing in 2024, the team returned in 2026 with responsibility for full event delivery, spanning production, site planning, procurement, scheduling, operations, and health and safety. The Fair also worked alongside We Are OPS, whose event operations expertise formed an integral part of the delivery.
The 2026 programme brought a major line-up to The Mount, with Mika, Pixies, Belle & Sebastian, Ben Howard and Self Esteem each performing to audiences of up to 5,000.
Delivering a series of large-scale live shows in a natural woodland environment requires careful coordination across production and operations. The Fair managed the event production process from planning through to live delivery, creating a joined-up approach across suppliers, schedules, site infrastructure and audience operations.
