El Dorado is a British boutique music festival from the minds behind Cirque Du Soul, the creative brand famed for their colourful, magical and energetic parties. Showcasing a diverse line-up drawing from the different strands of dance music. The 2022 edition headlined Earth Wind and Fire, Groove Armada and Shy FX inside the beautiful, intimate grounds of Ledbury’s Eastnor Castle. Eccentric and wild, El Dorado’s woodland riverside setting is a place to leave your inhibitions at the gates and jump head-first into the creative worlds of this truly fantastical festival.
Taking place since 2016, the event has grown in capacity from 3,000 capacity to a sold-out show of 12,000 people camping in 2022. This was the third year The Fair produced El Dorado Festival for AEI & Cirque Du Soul, producing and advancing the event since 2018. We offer a full 360 package of production, operations and H&S management. The festival increased the capacity from 8,000 to 12,000 for the 2022 edition, as well as longer operating hours during the live show (Thursday – Sunday 10:00 till 04:00). With 17 music venues, all varying in capacity and opening hours site needed to be re-designed to accommodate the creative and intimacy that El Dorado is known and loved for.
