Reporting to: Senior Production Manager
We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our in-house production team and support the delivery of projects across our growing festival portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in festival or live event production who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will support Production Managers across multiple projects, contributing to planning, coordination and on-site delivery.
Working closely with the wider production team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high operational standard.
The role is based in Hoxton, London, with a requirement to work away from home for extended periods during festival season. Due to the nature of the role and frequent in-person collaboration with the production team and suppliers, applicants must be based in London or within a commutable distance of our Hoxton office.

Support Production Managers across festival projects from planning through to delivery
Advance
Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, including sourcing quotes, managing communications and supporting payment terms
Attend client and supplier meetings, taking minutes and supporting ongoing project coordination
Collate health & safety documentation and maintain accurate project records
Support the development of schedules, contractor packs and key production documents
Create and manage site office documentation (including trackers, logs and operational templates)
Manage accreditation and crew catering processes
Support venue finding and research new suppliers and creative ideas
Assist with freelancer coordination, including supporting interviews and onboarding
Ensure clear communication with suppliers, including confirming logistics and delivery timings
Support and brief site office and accreditation teams ahead of delivery
Provide hands-on support across all areas of festival delivery, including site office, accreditation and general production coordination
Support Production Managers with supplier siting and infrastructure setup (e.g. toilets, marquees, trackway, fencing)
Lead on signage installation and management (e.g. gates, fire exits) in collaboration with safety and operations teams
Manage equipment tracking and sign-out processes (radios, furniture, plant, etc.)
Monitor and record damages, losses and equipment condition throughout the event
Attend and support HOD meetings, including minute taking and communication of key actions
Maintain logs, records and audit trails post-event
Support wider company activity where required, including venue research, marketing and social media support
Essential
Knowledge and passion for the festival industry
Experience supporting roles on outdoor events or festivals
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to liaise with suppliers and support ongoing communications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Full clean driver’s licence
Desirable
Knowledge of SAG processes
Experience supporting risk assessments and ESMPs
Experience with site infrastructure (fencing, trackway, plant, toilets, water, etc.)
Understanding of procurement processes
Ability to read or work from 2D CAD drawings
