Reporting to: Operations Account Director
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualified applicant with a clear passion for Event Health and Safety to join our in-house team. The role will suit an applicant who is looking for a full-time permanent position, or a freelancer looking for a longer full-time/part-time contract role. The role will suit someone with at least two – three years’ experience working in the live events industry with experience gained onsite at outdoor events and festivals.
The role is primarily based in Hoxton, London and has a good split of office and on-site work. There will be a requirement to work away from home regularly during the week and at weekends (occasionally abroad), particularly over the summer period from May – September. Due to the ongoing situation regarding train travel and disruption, the candidate will need to be based in London, avoiding the need to commute long distances.

Provide hands-on support across all areas of festival delivery, including site office, accreditation and general production coordination
Support Production Managers with supplier siting and infrastructure setup (e.g. toilets, marquees, trackway, fencing)
Lead on signage installation and management (e.g. gates, fire exits) in collaboration with safety and operations teams
Manage equipment tracking and sign-out processes (radios, furniture, plant, etc.)
Monitor and record damages, losses and equipment condition throughout the event
Attend and support HOD meetings, including minute taking and communication of key actions
Maintain logs, records and audit trails post-event
Support wider company activity where required, including venue research, marketing and social media support
