Boiler Room Festival 2026
Background
Boiler Room Festival returned to Burgess Park, for two sold-out days, welcoming 14,500 people each day.
The Fair has worked with Elixar Events Ltd for several years, producing large-scale outdoor music festivals and developing a strong understanding of what it takes to translate the distinctive Boiler Room experience into a major outdoor event.
For this edition, the brief centred around creating a site and operational design that retained the intimacy and energy associated with Boiler Room while introducing a completely new mainstage design.
The new stage created additional space onstage and in the wings, allowing more audience members to get closer to the performances and become part of the action. Extra LED screens and headers helped elevate the production while retaining the immersive feel at the heart of the Boiler Room experience.
That approach extended across the site. Daytime DJ sets took place in the centre of the dancefloor, opposite the mainstage, putting artists directly amongst the crowd before attention shifted towards the mainstage later in the day.
Friday’s line-up included Basement Jaxx live, alongside Chris Stussy, DJ Pioneer and Kitty Amor. Saturday welcomed Yung Lean & Bladee, The Dare, 999999999, BIIANCO, Benwa and Øtta.

Delivery
- Full event production, from initial concept through planning, build and live delivery.
- Complete site design and stage design, including the development and delivery of a brand-new Boiler Room mainstage.
- Created additional stage and wing capacity to accommodate more audience members and deliver a more premium, immersive guest experience.
- Delivered budget management, scheduling and procurement across the project.
- Worked alongside We Are OPS, who supported the event with licensing, health and safety, safety planning, risk assessments, documentation, liaison with Southwark Council and emergency services, plus traffic and security management.
