Halo Festival 2026
Background
Halo Festival marked the exciting launch of a brand-new music festival at Trinity Park, Ipswich, welcoming around 8,000 attendees on Saturday 4th July. As the pilot year for both the festival and our relationship with Halo, the project represented an opportunity to create a credible, high-quality event from the ground up.
The Fair has been working with Halo since early planning, supporting the software company as it entered the live events sector for the very first time. With no previous experience of producing a large-scale festival, Halo needed an experienced partner capable of turning an ambitious vision into a professionally delivered event.
Featuring an impressive line-up including Two Door Cinema Club, The Vaccines, Natasha Bedingfield, Scouting For Girls, Conducta and Girls Don’t Sync, Halo Festival immediately established itself as an exciting addition to the East Anglian festival calendar.
The Fair was appointed to provide comprehensive festival production services, leading on production management, budget and schedule management, site design, venue logistics, technical management, procurement, and the appointment and management of suppliers and contractors. Alongside our colleagues at We Are OPS, who delivered event safety, licensing and traffic management, the project showcased the strength of our integrated approach to event production.

Client Testimonial
“Halo is a software company with no previous experience in delivering live events, so finding the right production partner was absolutely critical for us. From our first conversation with Nick, it was clear that The Fair were the right fit. They understood what we were trying to build and guided us through the entire process with real care and expertise. Jules and Emma were outstanding throughout, from preparation and planning, through to the build, show day and post-event debrief. Their support gave us huge confidence and played a major part in helping Halo Festival feel credible, professional and well delivered in its first year. We are hugely grateful to the whole team at The Fair team and look forward to continuing to work together as we grow Halo Festival over the coming years.”
