RecFest USA 2025

Background

RecFest USA returned to Nashville in 2025, continuing its mission to unite the Talent Acquisition and HR community through an innovative blend of festival energy and professional insight. Organised by RecFest, the event brought together industry leaders, sponsors, and attendees from across the US for a day of talks, networking, and entertainment in the sun.

This year marked a significant shift in operations with the move to a brand new venue: the Nashville Fairgrounds. The change required a complete reworking of site logistics, from site layouts and access routes to infrastructure and crowd flow planning. The Fair was once again proud to support the delivery of this ambitious international edition, building on our experience from previous UK and US RecFests.
