Recfest (the world’s largest Talent Acquisition festival) has been part of our annual calendar for the past 4 years. So for the fourth year running, we headed back to Knebworth Park to bring it all to life. From event management, site management and sponsor management to creative production, we handled it all – building on everything we’ve learnt from previous years to create the best experience for attendees.
This year, we fine-tuned a few things. After spotting pinch points in 2024, we boosted our sponsor management team with an extra assistant and brought in a second health & safety officer, from our sister agency We Are OPS, on the final build day. This meant sponsors could get set up and signed off faster, keeping everything moving smoothly.
The result? A seamless build, happy sponsors and a great audience experience.
