Being one of the first festivals to run in London due to the COVID-19 pandemic, working under COVID protocols and guidance was new to everyone. It added time and work to the build, and the whole industry had to adapt very quickly to ensure the safety of the staff and customers. Other challenges faced include:

• Constant schedule changes due to drivers and suppliers having to isolate.
• Working with multiple brands and accommodating all staging and layout requirements.
• During the season, we faced unprecedented rainfall, creating additional challenges to the set-up of the infrastructure and delivery.
• Adapting the site to reduce ground damage due to the heavy rainfall
