The Big London Night Walk

Background

The Big London Night Walk 2015 took place on Friday 6th March with 300 walkers who took on the challenge of an inspiring and insightful 20km walk around London’s sights, from the street art of Shoreditch to the sparkling lights of the Southbank.

Challenge

We were appointed by The Big Issue to plan and deliver the 2015 Night Walk, we designed an route in line with the vision for the event, facilitating the chance to experience a side of London that most have limited knowledge in order to raise money for The Big Issue Foundation who give in a ‘hand up and not a hand out’ and recognise that earning an income is a key step in a person’s journey towards stability and a better life. Achieving something for yourself is 100% more empowering than having it done for you – a key belief of the charity which is also at the heart of the annual event.
