CURRENT AFFAIRS CALL FOR THE WHITE PAPER

It’s current affairs like these that prove the immeasurable importance of our White Paper with Access All Areas and the NTIA.  UK Festival the The Masked Ball could end after more than a decade due to tripled costs and increased pressure in the licensing process. Also this week the Porthilly Spirit festival in Cornwall was refused a licence last minute and has had to refund ticket sales due to council and resident concerns about heavy traffic over the weekend. A LACK OF THE CLONES

UK event suppliers are already sought after worldwide, but few festival organisers have successfully replicated their events in new climbs. Could this be about to change?

The issue of local knowledge cannot be underestimated, according to The Fair CEO Nick Morgan. “There can be a lot of unknowns when brands try to run their show themselves abroad. They often don’t work simply due to lack of knowledge of the local economy, audience, logistics and production etc.”
